Providing superior care for professional athletes and weekend warriors has been a hallmark of Sean's career. He graduated from the Master's Physical Therapy program at Nova Southeastern in 1998. He also has a Master's in Exercise Physiology from the University of Florida. He specializes in creating customized injury recovery and performance enhancement programs for his patients in all sports and recreational activities. A strong focus of his work is golf and getting his patients back to the game. Sean is a TPI ( Titleist Performance Institute) certified medical professional. TPI is dedicated to the study of how the human body functions in relation to the golf swing. TPI will help identify limitations in your swing. He has also taken continuing education on balance and vertigo.

Sean is a Certified Blankenship Functional Capacity Evaluator. He performs FCE's ( Functional Capacity Evaluations) for worker's compensation or disability claims.

Ana Maria graduated with her Physical Therapist Assistant degree from the Medical College of Georgia in 1993. Ana Maria provides effective, hands on therapy for patients of all ages. She specializes in Total Joint replacements, rotator cuff repair, and geriatric patients. She is trained in the Epley maneuver for patients suffering from BPPV ( Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo). She is bilingual in both English and Spanish. Melanie has been with Achieve Physical Therapy since the beginning in 2007. Melanie has been in medical office work since 2001. She is trained in coding and billing. She is the welcoming voice on the phone to assist you with scheduling, figuring out your insurance benefits, and answer all your questions. She is the smiling face to greet you at the front desk, guide you through check-in, and help with paperwork and payments. Melanie expertly handles our front office professionally, efficiently, and thoroughly. We couldn't do it without her!
