As a courtesy, we will verify your health benefits prior to arrival to determine if there will be a deductible, copay, or coinsurance for Physical Therapy services. If you have questions about your benefits, we will help you find out that information.
We are proud to be an EXCLUSIVE provider for our US Veterans. We are providers for Tricare and the VA program. Many Veterans mistakenly believe they must go to Tampa for Physical Therapy. If they have a Doctor's prescription and receive authorization, they can come to Achieve Physical Therapy for their treatment.
For those without health insurance, we offer a discounted rate plan to make our services affordable. Even if you have insurance, you may choose to use the discounted rate plan. This is a great option for those with high deductible, coinsurance, or copay. You will pay for your therapy upfront, but your insurance will not be billed.
