long as they have a Doctor's
prescription and receive
authorization, they can come to
Achieve to have their physical
therapy.
We offer a 30% DISCOUNT to those
paying cash out of pocket, those
with high deductible insurance plans,
and those opting out of their HMO's.

qualify for this rate by paying at the
time of service and getting
